If you have chosen the solution with calls included for just 10 euro extra per month, the cost of calls to national landline numbers is 0 cents per minute.
This promotion does not include traffic generated on the move with the Vodafone Internet Key.
Calls to all mobile phone numbers registered to your VAT number is understood as all the calls to numbers on the same contract that are active on compatible mobile price plans 1.
The rate per minute does not include VAT.
With Vodafone Full Optional Extra you can read and send e-mails in real time directly from your smartphone. The promotion includes 500 MB/month on WAP and/or mobile APN to surf the Internet from your smartphone and check your mail using the mobile phone’s native application. For Blackberry smartphones only, 1000 MB/every two months are included on BlackBerry APN and 500 MB/every two months on WAP and mobile APN. Beyond the two-monthly threshold traffic will be charged at 3 euro a day up to 500 MB; beyond this limit traffic will be charged at 0.06 cents for every 100 KB downloaded.
When subscribing to the Internet and Telephone promotion it is also possible to request an additional line to connect Telephone, Fax or POS for €15 a month. If you bring your landline to Vodafone the fee for the additional line is 10 euro a month

The connection session on the move terminates at 24.00 and a new session automatically begins with the relative daily cost.
If you access the web with the Internet Key inserted in the Vodafone Station, the connection speed is 7.2 Mbps up to the 30 GB data traffic threshold, after which it is 64 Kbps.
The promotion includes the registration of a II level domain (e.g. companyname.ext) and Vodafone’s professional Internet services:
- three 200 MB company email accounts (e.g. name.surname@companyname.ext)
- a static public IP address
- 500 MB of web space to advertise the company site
- Web Wizard, the tool for the guided creation of Internet sites 2
- 1 Certified E-Mail account (e.g. name.surname@postacert.vodafone.it) to send and receive e-mails of legal value
The ADSL connection has a rate of up to 7 Mbps in download and up to 832 Kbps in upload. The actual speed of the connection depends on the distance from telephone exchange, the quality of the local loop and the amount of congestion on the network and server you are connected to.
The minimum download rate for ADSL is 2.1 Mbps (value determined pursuant to art. 7, paragraphs 3-4 of resolution 244/08/CSP of the Italian National Regulatory Authority).
The connectivity service is provided via ADSL technology and before the activation of ADSL in UMTS radio technology through the insertion of the Vodafone Internet Key in the Vodafone Station.
The promotion is available with the portability of a Telecom Italia number or the activation of a new Vodafone landline number, subject to ADSL coverage, and is reserved to clients that have at least one SIM on a Business Contract mobile price plan.
In the event of the failure to activate the ADSL service, you will nonetheless be able to enjoy the benefits of the Full Optional Extra price plan.
Service activation fee with portability of Telecom Italia number, inclusive of technical installation onsite: 5 euro a month for 24 months.
Activation fee with a new Vodafone landline number, inclusive of technical installation onsite: one-off payment of 100 euro plus 5 euro for 24 months.

Vodafone is also able to limit the connection speed of the Internet key on the move for applications that enable the sharing of large files and that could therefore overload the network (e.g. peer to peer and file sharing). These limitations, only at peak traffic times (between 7 am and 10 pm) and only for the necessary amount of time, involve a maximum speed of 384 kbps in both upload and download.
In the event of early withdrawal from the contract, the client shall pay Vodafone a sum of €150.
In the event of early withdrawal from the contract, all outstanding instalments shall also be due as well as payments relating to the activation fee and the return of the Vodafone Station and the Internet Key. In the event that apparatus is not returned, Vodafone reserves the right to charge the sum of 149 euro by way of compensation.
