Going abroad

Vodafone Business is the easy answer for the business traveller. All price plans can be customized putting you in control of your mobile expenses while abroad.

I have a RAM price plan

If your SIM card is type G, you can automatically make and receive calls while abroad without having to activate the service. Other SIM card types (with the exception of type A) require you to activate the Extension Roaming service.
Extension Roaming allows you to determine your level of availability while abroad:

• Extension Roaming IN: while abroad, you can only receive calls from a list of preset numbers established by your Company;
• Extension Roaming IN and OUT: while abroad, you can make unlimited calls but can only receive calls from a list of preset numbers established by your Company.

I have a Vodafone Professional or Vodafone Business price plan

The activation couldn't be easier: simply contact the 42323 Vodafone Business Customer Service toll free number and ask them to enable your phone to overseas calls.

I have a Prepaid price plan

International Roaming service is only given to those who have subscribed to Auto Prepay, the service that automatically tops up your phone once your balance drops below 4 euros per phone.
Qualification to this service depends on the method of payment chose

• Credit card users: instant activation of the service;
• Bank account users: the service will be enabled after three top ups.

For those who have subscribed to Euro Company Top Up Profilo in Rete or Vodafone Light Prepaid, the activation of the service depends on the type of SIM card: if your SIM card is type G, no activation is needed.
