With Vodafone Family all the calls you make in a month from Italy towards 3 Vodafone numbers and one landline will be refunded. You will receive a bonus at the end of the month, which can be used to call all national numbers up to a maximum of 250 euros.
You can start to build up your bonus calls again only once you have exhausted the bonus earned during the previous month.
You can activate Vodafone Family at a cost of €5 at any Vodafone dealer or by calling free phone 42070. Within 72 hours of your request, you will receive confirmation via SMS that the option has been successfully activated.
The Vodafone Family option lasts for 30 days from the activation date.
The option will be automatically reactivated at a cost of €3 per month, which will be deducted from your phone credit. This option can be reactivated a maximum of 23 times. You can deactivate the option at any time you like by accessing your Personal Area in the "190 fai da te" section of the Vodafone website or by calling free phone 42070. If the available credit on your prepaid card is less than 3 euros at the moment of reactivation, the option will be suspended. You will then have 7 days to top up your phone so you can keep enjoying the benefits of the promotion. On adding credit to your prepaid card, the option will be automatically reactivated.
With Vodafone One Family you can use your Vodafone One points in conjunction with your Vodafone Family numbers. You can transfer up to 500 points a month. The option is free. In order to transfer your Vodafone One points to the Vodafone Family option you must be registered on the Vodafone One programme.
