Kasko Technical Assistance

Your faulty or damaged mobile phone and/or SIM card will be repaired or replaced within 3 days1 of delivery to an Authorized Vodafone Dealer. The no-time-limit contract2 can be underwritten at the time of purchase of a new mobile phone.

How much

Kasko subscribers are subject to a monthly charge of 5 euros (plus tax) directly charged to the Telephone Bill.

The minimum life of the contract is 12 months. Should the underwriter decide to back out of the contract before expiry of the 12 months, he/she must nonetheless pay an amount equivalent to the sum of each remaining mandatory month. Once the first 12 months have passed, the underwriter can freely back out of the contract at any time by sending a written request 60 days in advance.
